When we talk about our health, our lifestyles, and our attitudes it often comes as a big surprise. If we do this, then we’re at a very high risk of getting killed. In fact, you might say that we are about to lose our minds, but I do think that we are having more fun.
The more I learn about self-awareness and self-knowledge, the more I realize that we are far less of a danger to ourselves than we think. We can be quite a threat to ourselves by our actions, but we can also be quite a threat to ourselves by our inaction. We can be very good at ignoring our own lives, but also very good at ignoring our own thoughts and actions.
Just as the rest of us can sometimes be very good at ignoring our own thoughts, we can sometimes be very good at ignoring our own actions.
