To celebrate the grand opening of Austin’s new fitness center, we asked him to share his secrets for staying healthy and feeling great.

Well, that’s the great thing about Austins new fitness center. Not only is it the most functional fitness center ever built, but it also has the most efficient cardio workout/toning machine ever made. All you need to do is pedal to get a workout and your body will move its own internal weights for you.

The new health and fitness center is located in Chicago’s O’Hare Airport and has just opened it as a way to raise money for various charities.

What’s great about this fitness center is that it is open 24 hours and it takes a minimum of 15 minutes for you to work out. The workout is actually divided into the morning, mid-afternoon, and evening stages. So if you decide to sign up for something, as a first step you might want to go to the morning stage. That’s because in this stage, you can start with light cardio and build up to a little more intensity.

You can do this all the way through to the evening stage. During the morning stage you can basically do whatever you want. And if you want to go for a run or a workout session, you just need to pick a time and go for it. The mid-afternoon stage is for guys that want to build up to an intense workout session then take it down to something a little lighter.

The middle stage is when you want to get your heart rate up. And with that, you can actually get some cardio. As long as you keep it low-intensity you can do this all the way through to the evening stage. The evening stage is where you can really get into some serious cardio. It’s the same thing as the mid-afternoon stage with the addition of a little stronger cardio.

This is the point where you need to get an ear barbell, and in order to get your heart rate up and get your cardio up, you need to put a little bit of weight on your chest. So this is the point where you can actually get some cardio. As long as you keep it low-intensity you can do this all the way through to the evening. The evening stage is where you can really get into some serious cardio.

Again, you have to keep it low-intensity because it can be dangerous to go too hard. Once you hit the afternoon stage, things get a little easier and you can go with more moderate cardio. But still, if you start hitting the chest area, you can get your heart rate up and get your cardio up.
