I started this blog to share that astaxanthin is one of the most powerful natural ingredients used in many different foods. When I first started writing this blog, I was trying to get the numbers on astaxanthin to be as accurate as possible because it is by far one of my favorite natural ingredients in foods. I was also trying to get astaxanthin to be as consistent as possible and to be very tasty.
The fact is, astaxanthin is incredibly stable and does not degrade over time, so it can survive in almost all types of foods. Astaxanthin is a carotenoid that is naturally found in the environment, but it is also found in certain fruits, vegetables, and fish. It is one of the most potent carotenoids known, and it is responsible for a wide range of color changes.
Astaxanthin is commonly found in red and yellow fish such as shark and tuna. It is also used in some cosmetics, so it is not hard to get a large supply of the stuff.

In fact, there was a study done at the University of Miami in New York that showed that if you take astaxanthin, you can actually increase the number of blood vessels and the production of new capillaries.
A study conducted by researchers at the University of Miami found that astaxanthin (the same ingredient that’s used in the lipstick on my hair) can actually increase blood flow and reduce the number of capillaries compared to a control group. So, while it doesn’t have as many calories as, say, vitamin C, it’s still a ton of sugar in a form which can be absorbed quickly into our blood stream.
We just like to show that astaxanthin is safe for humans and not harmful for animals. We know the chemicals that are used for the skin’s protection, but we also have a hard time accepting that there is an actual amount of blood that is actually contained in our body that isn’t actually human blood.
You do realize that this is all a myth right? The fact is that no one really knows how much sugar is in our blood. It’s all just speculation. One company that has performed blood sugar tests on a large number of people has found the amount of sugar in our blood to be around 50 grams (1/2 cup). That’s much, much less than the 150 grams we’re told to eat every day.
We should probably stop and take a good look at the amount of blood that is actually contained in our bodies. A little less than 1/3 our body weight contains blood, and a little more than 1/3 is actually contained in our brains.
